Longevity Services Incorporated purchased the Life Expectancy Business unit of Examination Management Services Incorporated. EMSI began Life Settlement Underwriting in 2002 and continued until the sale of the business unit to LSI on September 1st, 2015. The transaction included all of EMSI’s policies, procedures, underwriting manuals, proprietary calculator, LEFS Operating System as well as all Life expectancy related data.

From 2002 to 2015 EMSI reviewed more than 95,000 unique lives providing Life Expectancy reports to Investors, Providers, brokers and all disciplines of the Life Settlement Industry.
